Jeff Cozart

Mr. Cozart is the founder and has served as the chief executive officer of Juniper Unmanned since its inception on March 17, 2015, and was the CEO of Juniper Unmanned, LLC from 2014 to March 2015. Jeff has worked closely with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to conduct legal and responsible UAS operations for both governmental and commercial organizations. Jeff is a member of the faculty in the College of Engineering at the University of Colorado where he has taught graduate level courses in UAS since 2013. He was also a member of the Aviation and Aerospace Science faculty at Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2015 to 2017. From October 2013 to March 2015 he was a consultant to Aerial Technologies and from January 2012 to October 2013 he was a business development consultant to geospatial clients. Jeff is also a board member of UAS Colorado and a founder of the Rocky Mountain UAS Professionals Meetup group. He received a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2003. Jeff is known for his dedication to ethical business practices and commitment to fair governance.

Bill Campbell

Mr. Campbell has served as President of Juniper Unmanned since July 2021 and as the Chief Operating Officer since May 2020. Throughout his 30+ years in the geospatial industry, Mr. Campbell has led geospatial companies, programs, projects, and teams, with a focus on defining and delivering innovative geospatial solutions, driving change, and improving business performance. At Juniper Unmanned, he is responsible for ensuring that Juniper Unmanned remains an industry-leading provider of remotely sensed data, artificial intelligence, and analytic services. He has a strong technical background in Geographic Information Systems, remote sensing and imaging processing systems, analytics, big data, software development, and product definition, development, and implementation. Mr. Campbell has an undergraduate degree in Geography from Oregon State University and a master’s degree from the University of Idaho.

Dave White

Chief Technology Officer

Dave White is the chief technology officer of Juniper Unmanned. In this role, Dave leads Juniper’s development of solutions. His extensive organizational skills, business acumen and technical background provide a solid foundation in helping clients implement, operate and manage commercial UAS programs. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, where he serves as research faculty for the UAS Solutions Team.

Caroline Hall

Director of Human Resources

Ms. Hall joined Juniper Unmanned in 2017 as their Office Administrator. As the Company grew, her role evolved into Human Resources. As Director of Human Resources, Ms. Hall is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating Juniper’s human resources related initiatives that support their organizational strategic goals. Ms. Hall received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.

Brandon Krentz

Director of Finance

Mr. Krentz has served as the company’s source for quantitative analysis and insights since his arrival in 2017. As Director of Finance, Mr. Krentz manages financial and accounting activities imperative to Juniper’s financial health. Mr. Krentz received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and Biology, a Master of Science degree in Management, and a Master of Science degree in Applied Quantitative Finance from the University of Denver.

Tim Roorda

Chief Safety Officer

Tim Roorda is responsible for flight standards and leading such that all operations are conducted safely, effectively, and in compliance with the regulations. Tim is a former U.S. Navy F/A-18 Hornet fighter pilot with more than 2,000 flight hours. After retiring from the Navy in 2009, he served a four year appointment with the US State Department as an expeditionary diplomat with the Conflict and Stabilization Operations Bureau. This gives him strong working knowledge of operating in international and cross-cultural settings.
